2. Scope of Practice

Nutrition Services (Australia Only)

Core Nourished provides nutrition services in accordance with the standards of the Nutrition Council of Australia (NCA). Nutrition services include evidence-based nutrition guidance, personalized nutrition plans for general health, weight management, and wellness goals, and generalized meal plans tailored to lifestyle goals (including weight loss, weight maintenance, and weight gain, gut-friendly, hormone-friendly, anti-inflammatory, and culturally specific cuisines).

Nutrition services do not include diagnosing, treating, or managing medical conditions; providing medical nutrition therapy; replacing medical advice or treatment; or working with individuals with conditions requiring medical supervision (e.g., diabetes, diagnosed gastrointestinal disorders, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, eating disorders). Clients with diagnosed or suspected medical conditions must seek advice from a qualified medical professional.

Health & Wellness Coaching (Global)

Health and wellness coaching may include lifestyle education, habit formation coaching, goal-setting, general health information, and behavior change support. Coaching services are not medical, not clinical, and do not replace professional healthcare.

3. General Disclaimer

All information provided on this website, social media channels, emails, programs, videos, and services is for general educational purposes only. While Core Nourished is operated by an NCA-registered nutritionist, the information provided is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a medical doctor or healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, medications, supplements, or lifestyle.
